Section I. General Provisions
- The website https://mclinicdental.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned by LLC “M-Clinic” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). All intellectual property objects posted on the Website, unless otherwise expressly stated, are the property of the Company.
- This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) is valid exclusively within the scope of the Website Terms of Use and does not apply to third-party websites.
- The Privacy Policy is a set of legal, administrative, organizational, technical, and other measures implemented by the Company to ensure the confidentiality and protection of personal data of individuals who are users of the Website, except in cases where such information is knowingly and voluntarily disclosed by the users themselves.

Section III. Term and Place of Storage of Personal Data
- Personal data for the collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and use of which the consumer grants permission to the Company are stored indefinitely, unless otherwise established by the legislation of Ukraine or by the will of the consumer.

Section IV. Rights of the Consumer
- With regard to their personal data, the consumer has the right to:
1.1. Know the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, and the location of the Company.
1.2. Receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data.
1.3. Access their personal data.
1.4. Receive information on whether their personal data are being processed.
1.5. Submit a reasoned request to the Company objecting to the processing of their personal data.
1.6. Submit a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data if such data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate.
1.7. Protect their personal data from unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction, or damage, as well as from the dissemination of inaccurate information that discredits their honor, dignity, and business reputation.
1.8. File complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court.
1.9. Apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation.
1.10. Enter reservations regarding the limitation of the right to process their personal data when giving consent.
1.11. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
1.12. Know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data.
1.13. Be protected from automated decisions that have legal consequences for them.
Section V. Disclosure of Confidential Information and Personal Data
- The Company is released from the obligation to comply with this Privacy Policy with regard to the consumer’s personal data if the consumer independently and publicly discloses their personal data.
- The Company has the right to disseminate the consumer’s personal data if the information that is part of the personal data is socially necessary, that is, of public interest, and if the public’s right to know such information outweighs the potential harm from its dissemination.
- The Company has the right to disseminate the consumer’s personal data with the appropriate written consent of the consumer.
Section VI. Destruction and Deletion of Personal Data
- Personal data for the collection, accumulation, processing, storage, and use of which the consumer grants permission to the Company are subject to deletion or destruction in the event of:
- termination of legal relations between the consumer and the Company;
- issuance of a relevant order by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or officials authorized by them;
- entry into legal force of a court decision on the deletion or destruction of personal data.
